We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on kimick.com.
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage Kimick, to conduct that engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). Email is delivered via Google Workspace. The intake form on our Request a Call page is a Google Form. These providers may process data on our behalf subject to their own privacy practices.
We retain inquiry data as long as needed to respond to your request, and longer where required for our records or by law (including for fiduciary engagement records).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@kimick.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) where applicable.
